These terms apply to ElmWoof Live, a community tool for viewing voluntary dog check-ins at ElmWoof Dog Park and receiving optional park-activity alerts.

Park status

ElmWoof Live depends on voluntary user check-ins. Counts and alerts may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete and do not guarantee that any dog or person will still be at the park when you arrive.

SMS program

Program name: ElmWoof Live.

Program description: Users who voluntarily opt in can receive SMS notifications when dog activity is detected at ElmWoof Dog Park. Depending on the option selected, alerts may apply for one day or continue on an ongoing basis.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on park activity and the alert option you select. We do not guarantee that an alert will be sent for every check-in.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data charges are your responsibility.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. ElmWoof Live does not sell anything through the SMS program.

For help, reply HELP. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false check-ins, misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability

ElmWoof Live is provided as a community convenience and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Privacy

Your use of ElmWoof Live is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
