Privacy Policy

ElmWoof Live is a community tool that helps people see whether dogs are currently checked in at ElmWoof Dog Park and, if they choose, receive SMS park-activity alerts.

Information we collect

We may collect a device identifier used for park check-ins, check-in and expiration times, and a mobile phone number when you voluntarily sign up for SMS alerts.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate ElmWoof Live, show current park activity, manage check-ins, send alerts you requested, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

SMS privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely as necessary to deliver ElmWoof Live and its requested messages.

Retention

Park check-ins are designed to expire automatically. SMS subscription information may be retained while you are subscribed and as reasonably necessary for compliance, security, and service operation.

Your choices

SMS alerts are optional. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Changes

We may update this policy as ElmWoof Live changes. The effective date above will be updated when we do.
